Social Media And Extra Curricular Activities

Do you think what you say on social media should be grounds for getting fired or kicked of extra curricular activities? Well I do. I say yes what you say on social media should be grounds for getting fired or kicked of extra curricular activities. I think that it should be like this because it shows that there is consequences for bad actions. Everyone in this generation thinks that they can do and say whatever they want whenever they want and won’t get in trouble but that’s not how it works. Another reason this needs to stop is people get there feelings hurt. They used the words “offensive and repulsive” in the article by Michael Goncher of the article Should What You Say On Facebook Be Grounds For Getting Fired. This shows that it was not nice and most likely did hurt feelings.  The final reason is they shouldn’t get rewarded for bad behavior. When they do these things then get to go do fun things is stupid. If you make a bad choice you don’t get a reward of doing fun things.
